PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Check-in time: 14h00 On day of arrival
  2. Check-out time: 10h00 Morning of departure
  3. Regrettably the lodge does not provide towels for use at the swimming pool, you need to bring your own swimming towels.
  4. No day visitors allowed.
  5. Accommodation amount does not include any food.
  6. Need to bring owns food, swimming towels and toiletries.
  7. No music allowed.
  8. Just the amount of people booked into the unit will be allowed on the premises.
  9. No cleaning services over weekends or long weekends.
  10. All kitchens must be clean on day of departure otherwise there will be a deduction of R30.00 per kitchen of key deposit amount.
  11. Need to bring own swimming towels, if any of the Lodge towels or blankets Are used outside the will be a deduction of R50.00 per item of the deposit.

Key Deposit R200.00 payable per unit in cash on arrival and refundable on departure.

THULA THULA LODGE - CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 21 Day and longer forfeit 25% of total bill of booking.
  • From 11 - 21 Days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of total bill of booking.
  • From 6 – 10 Days prior to arrival forfeit 75% of total bill of booking.
  • 0 - 5 Days prior to arrival forfeits 100% of total bill of booking.
