| This package includes the following: |
- Tea and Coffee on arrival with muffins.
- Mid morning tea, coffee and fresh fruit juice with sweet and snacks.
- A buffet luncheon (served between 12h00 - 14h00.
- Mid afternoon tea, coffee and fresh fruit juice with biscuits.
- The use of the conference rooms from 07h00 - 18h00, set-up with standard equipment, mineral water and peppermints.
- Standard Equipment: Flipchart, White Board, writing pens and pads for each delegate.
- In the event of the conference room being used after 18h00, an additional surcharge of R80.00 per person will be levied.
